Orangetheory Fitness is a unique-science backed, technology tracked coach-inspired group workout designed to produce results from the inside out giving people a longer, more vibrant life. It’s designed for all ages and fitness abilities. Participants wear heart rate monitors with data reflected in real time on large screens in the studio. They work in five heart rate zones spending 12 – 20 minutes in the orange and red zones collectively which creates an after burn effect where you are burning fat and calories as well as stoking your metabolism for up to 36 hours! Classes are either Endurance, Strength, Power or ESP which is a combination of all three. Their coaches are there every step of the way telling you what to do and when to do it.
